Treatment Options

Deep Tissue

Therapeutic Deep Tissue

Therapeutic deeper pressure massage. Working out stubborn tightness issues. Do you have stubborn knots, neck discomfort or lower back and hip pain? Using a variety of techniques and stretching to work deeply in the muscles but also with the body to release tension. Using pain relief cream, heat/cold therapy or cupping techniques if needed.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Using Dr. Vodder's manual lymphatic drainage techniques to speed up the flow of the lymphatic system, this light pressure massage aides in detoxifying the body, boosts immunity, prepares the body pre-surgery and helps reduce excess fluid/swelling and accelerate healing after surgery. Manual lymphatic drainage can be used for anyone for the positive health benefits, is safe for pregnant women and can also help with autoimmune disease, sprains/strains, and post laser swelling.

A deeply relaxing massage that is calming to the nervous system.

PRE/POST SURGERY

Surgery including face/neck lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, mommy makeovers, bbl’s, knee or hip replacements, will generally have some kind of swelling.

Using the same gentle technique as above (about 2 oz. of pressure) in the few days and weeks after surgery can dramatically decrease swelling and discomfort. Later on in the healing process more aggressive and specific techniques can be used if needed to soften tissue or break up fibrosis and scar tissue.

Clients report much relief from these massages. Please get release for massage from your Surgeon. Generally, 72 hours after surgery as long as pain is under control and no sign of infection.

The general recommendation is 5 pre surgery 5 post-surgery five consecutive days in a row, not the day before surgery, cutting down to 2 to 3 per week after that if needed.
